hello there everyone

The Lampost Girls have just come back from a fun filled weekend at the Loeries. We have worked on a few projects that won awards. The Brand SA inspiration book that we worked on with Grid Worldwide earlier this year won a Bronze. This is an amazing book that was put together for Brand SA, to promote South Africa, and her unique talent. The beautifully designed book was distributed to CEO's of Top companies as gifts throughout the world. Contributors include amazing people like, William Kentridge, Jurgen Schadeberg,Heath Nash, Paul Weinberg,Peter Dirk Uys, Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu, Ross Garrett, Oscar Pistorious and Chrispian Plunkett (R.I.P) to name just a few.  We are very proud to have been apart of this project, and really enjoyed getting in contact with these talented individuals.

Candice also won a Silver with Hello World for a viral she did last year with them called Plug. This was done for an american internet company, where they filmed a piece for you tube, showing 'evidence' of girl gamers being better at gaming than boy gamers. The clever People at hello world that wrote and art directed this with Candice were Linel Louw and Kerryn-Lee Maggs. Dave Meinert Directed it. We all had lots of fun working this job xxx

While we were in Cape Town for fun times... we also got down to business, We started casting some pretty and interesting faces for our Lampost Cape Town branch. There have been lots of requests from our clients in Cape Town to go national. Yes, this is what we are currently working on. We had a meet and greet at Le Studio on Bree Street on Monday, and had some very lovely faces and very sexy clothes coming our way. So thank you to Ryan and Nicole for rounding up your troops... You guys did Good!!!

Keep your eyes open for some talent if you happen to pop into Cape Town for us
